The Judicial Tyranny Of Federal Judge Myron Thomas

Chief Justice Ray Moore of the Alabama Supreme Court put a granite monument into the Alabama Judicial Building in 2001. On the granite were the ten commandments and some historical references to God. In 2002 Federal Judge Myron Thomas heard the case against the granite monument as brought forward by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU)and company. It was revealed in court that the reason for the monument installed by Chief Judge Ray Moore was "to acknowledge God's law and God's sovereignty." The monument was to observe the historical relation of God to the American government. American government had recognized a Judeo-Chrisitan God and believed we were given inalienable rights by Him. This worked to protect the rights of the individual because if the State was the basis of our rights, what the State gives, the State can take away. God, then was above the State and of course, above judges.
Federal Judge Myron Thomas would have none of this. He rejected the assertion that a Judeo-Christian God was sovereign to the state or to judges. When Chief

Your $1 - one dollar bill - will be put toward fighting such legislation by helping to hire investigators who will vet or look into judges like Judge Myron Thomas to see if they have a history of unethical or illegal conduct. If researchers do find something that is unethical, the judge will be shown the findings. The plan is that he will take the appropriate action. If he doesn't, we will decide what is the appropriate action or inaction for us to take then. Certainly, one would not be happy having unethical or immoral behavior being made public. If the investigators find criminal behavior, it will be turned over to law enforcement. Again, the media can be contacted as required to try to get the proper response to the evidence found.
I will seek your input on as many issues as possible, but I will make the decisions.

Statement Of Intent

This blog is dedicated to raising money - a one dollar bill - from each donor to put into fund to try to stop judges who circumvent the Constitution by legislating from the bench. These men and women have perverted the role of a judge which is to interpret the law as it was meant in the days in which it was passed. Instead, these men and women have become addicted to forcing Americans to do what they want Americans to do and not what the law says Americans must do. They hold themselves above the law. They are lawless and cannot and should not be allowed to function as judges. America is a constitutional republic governed by laws, passed by the voters.
America is not a banana republic ruled by the whims of judges.
This fund will be used to employ private investigators to find any unethical or illegal activities committed by judges who make laws instead of interpreting them. Such men and women are arbitrary and arrogant and probably have been so for a long time. I am optimistic that such a person has committed previous disorderly acts. A criminal is rarely caught the first time he breaks a law, but only after many such acts. This is the same practice that the Marxist-Democrats are using for Republican Party nominees, and it is time that patriots spined up as well. If the information discovered by the private investigators is not criminal, we will present the information to the judge. If we think the judge has not made the appropriate response to the information, we will make the informaton public. If the information is criminal, we will take it to law enforcement. If law enforcement does not make the appropriate response, we wil take this to the public too.
We won a great victory November 3, 2010, and the Conservative Republican Revolution must keep rolling on. If our new laws are overturned or amended by tyrannical judges, we are still lost. We must find a way to stop judges from making laws. I have given you the way, and assure you this is not an attack on all judges or an attack on the judiciary system. The judiciary system is an essential part of the checks and balances made in the Constitution. There are only a few judges behaving like tyrants, but they have blocked vital legislation, and their addiction to power and force could spread to other judges if they are not resisted and stopped.
If such judges know that the money to resist them is coming a dollar at a time from each donor, they will know that this, like the Tea Party, is a grass-roots
campaign. Even if I fail to get any donations, patriots will see that I had the courage to introduce this idea, and maybe those patriots will start a campaign that can get public support. But I would very much like to see this idea to its fruition, that is, having judges only interpret laws just like sports referees interpret the rules and apply them during the games. Can you imagine a referee saying, " I like this team so I am going to give them seven points for that touchdown?" This is what judges are doing, and it is intolerable. We must rebel like free men, women, and children. This is not a campaign for the sheeple! Please mail me your dollar bill and let me know your support.
